We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-made textiles and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
